I have been trying without success to call your English customer service - I keep receiving a message saying the English service is not available.
I want to cancel my existing Vodafone contract and switch to Vodafone pre-paid (Yuser). How can I do this if your English telephone service is not available?

The change of contract to pre-paid is a management that must be done from our telephone service number; you have at your disposal 22189 (Customer service in other languages ) or 22123 (Customer Service).
